How the program works:

• The Small Business Legacy program has four foundational  programs:
  • ​First, we teach you how to attract and hire people that  will come to work reliably, with a daily positive attitude, the ability to work well with you and their teammates, and represent your firm well to your clients and customers.
  • Second, we teach you how to teach them how to do their jobs well, while at the same time you are explaining to them   why their job is important.
  • Third, we give your employees a well-balanced overview of the challenges and risks involved in running a  small business or oganization.    Very few employees understand how expensive it is to run a  small business and how difficult it is to stay profitable.  We explain this  in a conceptually simple format that both you and your staff can refer to  on a day-to-day basis.
  • Finally, we show your staff the remarkable opportunities that come with owning their own business.  This can be one of the most important parts of the "Legacy" you can leave with part-time or full-time employees who join you over the years: an understanding of their responsibilities and a greater respect for the opportunities and very difficult challenges of being a small business owner.
