My Goals as a Speaker

Great ideas are timeless.  Timeless in their truth and timeless in the help they can give us. Our understanding of what  helps individuals and groups be productive at work grows every year.  It is really impressive how much  more we understand what enables individuals and groups to get more productive work done right away, what strengthens individual and team efforts, what weakens them, and what helps them get more done on an ongoing, long-term   basis.

My goal as a speaker is to share well-researched, well-proven ideas  that will  help you and your team work more productively  and  find greater satisfaction in the work you do. I love to share  the insights and wisdom of some of  the  great  business and organizational leaders, how we can learn from their experiences and understand their per-spectives.

Have you ever noticed that very often a professional speaker will get everyone pumped up for an hour or two  -  and then leave for the next speaking job?  Just as often, everyone who heard the speaker's presentation quickly falls back into their same old unproductive routines they had shortly after the impact of the speech has faded.

What good is “motivation” if it lasts just a week, or a day, or as little as a couple of hours?   Members of an organization need exciting - but   - down-to-earth, useful ideas, the kinds of ideas that people will remember and make use of every single day.   Good developmental programs   last.  They stand the test of time.  Good motivational speaking and good training programs enable people from every level of our working lives to maintain their drive, their creativity,  their ability to compete, and to find  a greater sense of fulfillment both at work and in their day-to-day lives.

As a professional speaker and trainer, I strive to achieve these goals every time I work with individuals and groups.
