We’ve reached the time in our lives when we can work less or work only if we want to. So, how do we decide what we want to do with our days? Is it too late to do some of the things we’ve dreamed of doing all our lives? Can we take the trips we want to take, read the books we want to read, study the philosophy we’ve always been curious about, play the music or dance the dances or sing the harmonies we’ve always wanted to sing, cook the dishes we’ve wanted to taste, learn to meditate or even come to understand how others experience God?
"My Time Has Come" is offered as both a program and as a talk. It is an opportunity to take a look at our hopes and aspirations, to assess what we’ve missed and to look at what we dream to do in the time we have left. And, hopefully, how to do as many of these things as we can well and with spirit. As we enter the winter of our lives, what can we do so that some day we can look back and say, “I have lived my life bravely, joyfully, and well.”
